Application of 'Internet+' Symptom Cluster Chain Management in Patients with Lung Cancer Targeted Therapy
Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of 'Internet+' symptom cluster chain management on patients with lung cancer targeted therapy. Methods: A total of 60 patients receiving targeted therapy for lung cancer from January to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. During hospitalization, centralized training was conducted for patients with lung cancer targeted therapy and their caregivers through video lectures, demonstration operations, and distribution of educational materials. After discharge, the control group received conventional symptom cluster management measures, while the experimental group used the 'Internet+' symptom cluster chain management model for patients with lung cancer targeted therapy, providing systematic and standardized treatment and management. One month after the intervention, self-management efficacy, anxiety, and depression levels of the two groups were evaluated. Results: After the intervention, the self-management efficacy score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Implementing 'Internet+' symptom cluster chain management for patients with lung cancer targeted therapy can effectively improve patients' self-management efficacy and alleviate their anxiety and depressive emotions.
