Development Trajectory of Reproductive Anxiety in Women of Childbearing Age with Stable Schizophrenia and Analysis of Influencing Factors
Abstract:Objective: To explore the development trajectory of reproductive anxiety in women of childbearing age with stable schizophrenia, and analyze the influencing factors of category differences. Methods: A total of 200 women of childbearing age with stable schizophrenia who were treated in the hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects. The level of reproductive anxiety was assessed using a reproductive anxiety scale, measured within 48 hours of admission and at 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after discharge. The optimal number of categories was analyzed using a growth mixed model, and the categories were named accordingly. Patient data were collected through the hospital medical records system. Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses were used to identify independent influencing factors between different developmental trajectory categories. Results: The development trajectory of reproductive anxiety in 200 patients could be divided into three latent categories: low reproductive anxiety improvement type (76 cases, 38%), moderate reproductive anxiety persistent type (64 cases, 32%), and high reproductive anxiety improvement type (60 cases, 30%). Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age, number of children, reproductive intention, family history, recurrence frequency, quality of life, and perceived partner responsiveness were independent factors influencing the development trajectory of reproductive anxiety (all P < 0.05). Conclusion: There is a certain heterogeneity in the development trajectory of reproductive anxiety among women of childbearing age with stable schizophrenia, which is influenced by factors such as age, number of children, reproductive intention, family history, recurrence frequency, quality of life, and perceived partner responsiveness. This suggests that medical staff can develop personalized nursing measures based on these influencing factors to improve the development trajectory of reproductive anxiety in patients.
