Research Progress on Alexithymia in Cancer Patients
Abstract：Based on a review of the concept of alexithymia and the current status of alexithymia in cancer patients, this paper summarizes the research progress on the influencing factors of alexithymia in cancer patients from five aspects: demographic, psychological, disease-related, family, and social. It also introduces the adverse effects of alexithymia on the physical, psychological, and social aspects of cancer patients, and reviews the intervention measures for alexithymia, aiming to provide references for future related intervention studies.
