Application of 'Internet+' Traditional Chinese Medicine Follow-up Nursing in Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke under the Background of Medical Consortium
Abstract:Objective: To explore the application effect of 'Internet+' traditional Chinese medicine follow-up nursing in patients with hemiplegia after stroke under the background of medical consortium. Methods: A total of 200 patients with hemiplegia after stroke who were hospitalized in Xuzhou Rehabilitation Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine follow-up management and rehabilitation guidance after discharge, while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine follow-up nursing guidance based on the 'Internet+' model under the background of medical consortium. After interventions for 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months, the motor function of the limbs (FMA score), activities of daily living (modified Barthel index score), and neurological deficit (NIHSS score) were evaluated in both groups, as well as patient compliance. Results: After 6 months of intervention, the FMA score and Barthel index score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05), while the NIHSS score was lower (P < 0.05). The compliance score of the observation group was also higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: 'Internet+' traditional Chinese medicine follow-up nursing under the background of medical consortium can improve patient compliance after discharge, effectively improve limb function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke, promote neurological function recovery, and enhance patients' ability to perform daily activities.
