Research Progress on Nutritional Literacy of Patients on Maintenance Hemodialysis
Abstract：This review summarizes the concept of nutritional literacy in patients on maintenance hemodialysis, commonly used assessment tools, current research progress, and influencing factors. It is helpful for medical professionals to develop precise intervention measures, aiming to improve patients' nutritional literacy, thereby enhancing their quality of life, treatment compliance, and therapeutic outcomes.
