Research Progress on the Influencing Factors and Prevention and Intervention of Moral Injury in Nurses
Abstract：This paper reviews the concept and connotation of moral injury, the influencing factors of moral injury in nurses, and prevention and intervention measures. It points out the existing problems and proposes suggestions, thereby providing a reference basis for conducting effective moral injury interventions among nurses.
