Exploration of the Application of Behavioral Skills Model in Enhancing Patients' Rehabilitation Experience and Perceived Benefits in Knee Injury Rehabilitation
Abstract:Objective: To explore the application effect of the behavioral skills model in enhancing patients' rehabilitation experience and perceived benefits in knee injury rehabilitation. Methods: A total of 300 patients with knee injuries from January to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group using odd-even number matching method, with 150 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation care, while the observation group received rehabilitation care based on the behavioral skills model. The two groups were observed and compared in terms of patients' knowledge level of rehabilitation benefits, self-efficacy scores, and improvement in knee joint function. Results: After intervention, the knowledge level of rehabilitation benefits in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The self-efficacy score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the improvement in knee joint function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Rehabilitation care based on the behavioral skills model can effectively improve the knowledge level of rehabilitation benefits in patients with knee injuries, enhance their self-efficacy in rehabilitation, and promote postoperative knee joint function recovery.
