Research Progress of Narrative Care in Perinatal Depression
Abstract：This review summarizes the application methods and effects of narrative care in the field of perinatal depression by retrieving domestic and international databases. It points out that narrative care is beneficial in reducing the level of perinatal depression, promoting emotional and spiritual communication between nurses and patients, and maintaining the physical and mental health of pregnant women. However, there are currently few studies on narrative care for perinatal depression. Future research could explore diverse intervention forms based on their advantages and disadvantages, thereby promoting the physical and mental health of pregnant women. This study aims to provide new ideas and methods for nursing staff in China to intervene in perinatal depression, and to offer references for clinical nurses implementing narrative care for women with perinatal depression.
