Abstract：This article reviews the significance of postoperative functional exercise in improving the quality of life in breast cancer patients, the influencing factors of functional exercise compliance, and methods to improve postoperative functional exercise compliance, providing a basis for enhancing patients' compliance with functional exercise and improving their quality of life.
