Research Progress on the Emotional Experiences and Coping Strategies of Proxy Decision-Makers for Elderly Patients Without Capacity
Abstract：This paper elaborates on the concept of proxy decision-making, analyzes the emotional experiences of proxy decision-makers, and proposes coping strategies to alleviate negative emotions, including the application of decision coaching techniques, improvement of advance care planning, holding family meetings, and providing emotional support. The aim is to improve the emotional experiences of proxy decision-makers, and to provide references for clinical practice and related research on proxy decision-making.
