Research Progress on Assessment Methods and Prediction Models for Delirium in the Intensive Care Unit
Abstract：This paper reviews commonly used delirium assessment scales and delirium prediction models at home and abroad, summarizes their current status and advantages and disadvantages, aiming to provide references and basis for clinical nursing staff to identify delirium and develop delirium identification tools.
