Research Progress on the Relationship between Caregiver Burden, Psychological Resilience, and Quality of Life in Caregivers of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Abstract：Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) mostly occurs in early childhood, and most children with ASD have intellectual and behavioral disabilities, requiring lifelong rehabilitation training, which brings a significant caregiving burden to the caregivers of children with ASD. This study reviews the three factors of caregiver burden, psychological resilience, and quality of life in caregivers of children with ASD, as well as their mutual relationships, and proposes suggestions and measures to improve the quality of life of caregivers of children with ASD.
