Abstract：This review summarizes self-reported assessment tools for medication adherence in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, aiming to provide references for clinical practice in selecting the best assessment tools, developing localized tools, and promoting medication management for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
