Effect of Multidimensional Staged Nursing Intervention Combined with Infection Control Supervision on Patients with Chronic Renal Failure Undergoing Hemodialysis
Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of a multidimensional staged nursing intervention model combined with infection control supervision on patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis. Methods: A total of 90 patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each with 45 cases. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received a multidimensional staged nursing intervention model combined with infection control supervision. The infection prevention and control technical inspection compliance rate, oxidative stress response, and complication status of the two groups were observed. Results: The compliance rates of all infection prevention and control technical inspections during dialysis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After the intervention, the levels of advanced oxidation protein products (AOPP) and oxidized low-density lipoprotein (OX-LDL) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). During the intervention period, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of a multidimensional staged nursing intervention model combined with infection control supervision in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis can effectively reduce oxidative stress responses and complications, and under supervision, nurses can accurately implement infection prevention and control measures.
