Research Progress and Insights on Humanistic Care Training Courses for Elderly Care Workers
Abstract：This paper sorts out and summarizes the current research status of training courses for elderly care workers at home and abroad, and suggests that teaching needs should be assessed based on the characteristics of elderly care workers, and a more systematic and scientific humanistic care training course system should be established. It also recommends strengthening the construction of three-dimensional and constructivist course teaching forms, and implementing a combination of quantitative and qualitative course evaluation to promote the effective implementation of humanistic care training for elderly care workers in China.
