Carbon Emission Analysis of Steel Fiber Reinforced Recycled Block Concrete
Abstract:This study calculates and analyzes the carbon emission characteristics of steel fiber reinforced recycled block concrete (SFRLC) during the production stage, and evaluates the carbon reduction potential of waste concrete blocks in construction projects. The results show that the volume ratio of steel fibers is positively correlated with carbon emissions, while the replacement rate of waste concrete blocks (DCLs) is negatively correlated with carbon emissions, verifying that DCLs have good carbon reduction benefits. By optimizing the dosage of steel fibers, its bridging effect can be utilized to compensate for the performance defects of recycled block concrete, offset the energy required for crack development, and ensure the mechanical properties and durability of the material, providing a reference for the promotion of green building materials.
