Experimental Study on Waste Heat Recovery of Flue Gas in Power Plant Boilers
Abstract:Taking a power plant's flue gas waste heat recovery project as the research object, this study uses on-site measurement methods to clarify the system's energy saving. It focuses on the impact of key operational parameter changes during the retrofit of low-pressure economizers on the overall energy consumption of the system. An improved scheme for measuring and evaluating energy savings is proposed, and its accuracy is verified through experiments. This scheme can further improve the calculation and evaluation system of energy-saving effects, providing reliable technical parameters for similar projects to assess energy-saving potential.
