Simulation Analysis of Heat Transfer Characteristics of Outdoor Heat Exchanger in Multi-Split Air Conditioner
Abstract:To investigate the heat transfer characteristics of the outdoor heat exchanger in multi-split air conditioners under cooling and heating conditions, a simulation design method was used to study the effects of airflow, channel spacing, and channel configuration on the heat exchange capacity. The results show that as the airflow increases, the contribution of airflow to improving the heat exchange performance gradually weakens; reasonably increasing the lateral spacing of the refrigerant tubing and decreasing the longitudinal spacing can effectively enhance the heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger; optimizing the channel configuration can significantly improve the heat exchange performance of the heat exchanger while also having a significant impact on the pressure drop.
