Study on the Parameter Matching Relationship of High-Temperature Organic Rankine Cycle in Biomass Energy
Abstract:Based on the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC), a biomass energy organic Rankine cycle power generation system is established. The study investigates the variation laws of system power and efficiency, as well as the important influence of condensing pressure in high-temperature ORC. It also explores the matching relationship between condensing pressure, expansion ratio, and cycle maximum temperature. The results show that due to the high source temperature, the maximum specific power of the cycle reaches 301.48 kJ/kg, and the maximum thermal efficiency can reach 33.43%. There is a quantitative matching relationship between condensing pressure, expansion ratio, and cycle maximum temperature, which can achieve the maximum thermal efficiency under different operating conditions.
