Optimization Scheduling Method and Economic Analysis of a Power Plant Heating System
Abstract:A energy-saving analysis is conducted on different types of units and heating methods in a power plant. Based on the external heating load and unit power load rate, an economic operation adjustment strategy is proposed. Using the allocation method based on the first law of thermodynamics (benefit attribution to electricity method), the fuel cost of steam supply methods for 300,000 kW units and 1,000,000 kW units is calculated. Through thermal balance diagrams under different operating conditions, the impact of the same heating load on the economic performance of the unit is analyzed. The results show that when the entire plant is providing heating, the priority sequence for activation is: steam-driven induced draft fan exhaust heating, cold reheat heating, and hot reheat heating.
