A Comparative Study on the Energy Consumption Analysis Methods of Heating and Power Generation Units
Abstract:Taking a 330 MW heating unit as the research object, based on the variable condition calculation of the unit's thermal system, this study investigates the variation law of the unit's energy consumption characteristics under different coal consumption allocation methods when factors such as electric load and heat load change, and conducts an exergy analysis of the unit. The results show that the heating coal consumption rate calculated by the 'benefit attribution to electricity' method is the highest, followed by the 'ability to do work' method, and the 'benefit attribution to heat' method is the lowest. The 'benefit attribution to electricity' and 'benefit attribution to heat' methods have unreasonable divisions of cold source loss, while the 'ability to do work' method allocates coal consumption according to exergy and considers the quality of energy, resulting in more reliable outcomes.
