Current Status and Influencing Factors of Power Carbon Emissions in Civil Buildings in Hangzhou
Abstract:Based on the power consumption data of public buildings and urban residential buildings in Hangzhou from 2010 to 2022, this study analyzes their power carbon emissions and power consumption characteristics, evaluates the impact of power carbon emission factors. The STIRPAT model is used to establish an analysis model for power carbon emissions in civil buildings (public buildings, urban residential buildings, and rural residential buildings) in Hangzhou. SPSS software is employed to analyze the main influencing factors of power carbon emissions in civil buildings. The results show that the electricity demand of civil buildings in Hangzhou shows a periodic fluctuating upward trend, with monthly consumption showing two peaks in winter and summer and two troughs. From 2010 to 2022, the annual average growth rates of power carbon emissions in public buildings and urban residential buildings in Hangzhou were 7.84% and 3.72%, respectively. Among them, the power carbon emissions of urban residential buildings decreased for two consecutive years from 2021 to 2022. According to the fitting results of the STIRPAT model, the power carbon emissions of civil buildings in Hangzhou are significantly influenced by the urbanization rate and per capita GDP, while the influence of population and carbon emission intensity is relatively smaller.
