Practice of Full-Chain Nursing Methods for Prehospital Treatment of Heat Stroke
Abstract：Summer is the peak period for major military training activities, during which the incidence of heat stroke among soldiers increases sharply. The prevention and treatment of heat stroke have become a major focus of outpatient department medical care. Heat stroke is a severe clinical syndrome caused by an imbalance between heat production and heat dissipation due to exposure to a hot environment and/or intense exercise, leading to a rapid rise in core body temperature exceeding 40°C, accompanied by central nervous system abnormalities (such as changes in mental status, convulsions, coma) and multi-organ system damage that can be life-threatening [1].
