Analysis of Nursing Interventions for Military Training Injuries under the Integration of Sports and Medicine Model
Abstract：In recent years, with the deepening of the new round of military reforms and the requirements for preparation for combat, the maintenance and generation of combat effectiveness have become a research focus in military medicine. Currently, the occurrence of military training injuries in our army is mainly concentrated in musculoskeletal injuries, and its prevention and control strategies are still not perfect. In 2016, the State Council issued the 'Healthy China 2030' Planning Outline, which proposed the concept of 'integration of sports and medicine', pointing out that after the deep integration of the two major disciplines of sports and medicine in all aspects, it will be prescriptive, and promote health maintenance and injury prevention strategies through exercise.
