Abstract:In this paper, Harbin City in the alpine region was selected as the research object, the ultrasonic extraction, solid phase extraction (SPE) and liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection (LC-UV) combined with mass spectrometry (MS) were established. The residues of four tetracycline antibiotics (tetracycline, chlortetracycline, oxytetracycline, doxycycline) in soil of four main vegetable bases in Harbin (Shuangcheng, Wuchang, Hulan, Pingfang) were tested. The results of mass spectrometry showed that all the four kinds of antibiotics were detected in soil samples. Among them, the residues of tetracycline, chlortetracycline and oxytetracycline in the soil of Shuangcheng vegetable base were the most. Quantitative analysis by liquid chromatography showed that the concentrations of residual antibiotics ranged from 15.68 to 98.64 μg/kg, among which the highest detection rates were doxycycline residues in the soil of the bungalow vegetable base. The results showed that tetracycline antibiotic residues existed in four vegetable bases in Harbin.
