Field Trial on the Efficacy of the 'One Spray Three Prevention' Combined Pesticide with Rain-Resistant Adjuvant for Controlling Fusarium Head Blight in Wheat
Abstract:When wheat is in the heading and anthesis stage, excessive rainfall and high temperature are conducive to the aggravation of Fusarium head blight but unfavorable for its control. To explore methods for improving the control effect of Fusarium head blight under such adverse weather conditions, a field trial was conducted by adding a rain-resistant adjuvant to the 'One Spray Three Prevention' combined pesticide (40% propiconazole + tebuconazole + 2.5% cyhalofop-butyl + 0.01% brassinolide + foliar fertilizer). The results showed that when manually applied, the treatment with the adjuvant added to the combined pesticide had a disease control efficacy of 87.7%, with an average yield of 395.5 kg/667m², which was 20.5 percentage points higher than that of the combined pesticide alone, resulting in a yield increase of 27.3% and an income increase of 194.2 yuan/667m². When applied by drone, the treatment with the adjuvant added to the combined pesticide had a disease control efficacy of 81.5%, with an average yield of 400.4 kg/667m², which was 14.3 percentage points higher than that of the combined pesticide alone, resulting in a yield increase of 28.8% and an income increase of 205.6 yuan/667m². In conclusion, adding the rain-resistant adjuvant (20 mL/667m²) to the 'One Spray Three Prevention' combined pesticide (40% propiconazole + tebuconazole 50 mL/667m² + 2.5% cyhalofop-butyl 50 mL/667m² + 0.01% brassinolide 10 mL/667m² + foliar fertilizer 100 mL/667m²) using either manual spraying or drone application significantly improved the control effect of Fusarium head blight, controlled the damage caused by the disease, and promoted wheat yield and income.
