Practice of Pesticide Packaging Waste Recycling and Treatment in Dejiang County, Guizhou Province
Abstract：To effectively ensure agricultural ecological security and improve the rural living environment, based on the 2020 'Pesticide Packaging Waste Recycling and Handling Management Measures', Dejiang County, Guizhou Province has standardized the recycling behavior of pesticide packaging waste through measures such as improving guarantee mechanisms, strengthening technical guidance, perfecting supervision systems, conducting technical training, and promoting publicity. From 2021 to 2024, the county's pesticide packaging waste recycling rate has continuously exceeded 82%, and the disposal rate reached 100%. This article analyzes existing problems and proposes targeted improvement suggestions to optimize the management of pesticide packaging waste recycling, reduce agricultural non-point source pollution, and provide references for promoting green agricultural development and ecological governance.
