Isolation and Identification of the Pathogen Causing Leaf Spot Disease in Bletilla striata in Xundian County, Yunnan
Abstract：This paper isolates and identifies the pathogen causing leaf spot disease in Bletilla striata in Xundian County, Yunnan. The results show that the ITS, ACT, and RPB2 gene sequences of isolates BJ-01 and BJ-02 are 100% similar to those of Nemania diffusa. The isolates can cause disease in Bletilla striata leaves, with symptoms consistent with those observed in the field. The fungus was finally identified as Nemania diffusa. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the integrated control of leaf diseases in Bletilla striata.
