Evaluation of the Effect of 18% Tebuconazole + Thiocarbamid SC on the Control of Wheat Fusarium Head Blight
Abstract:In recent years, wheat fusarium head blight has posed a serious threat to wheat production in the Yellow and Huai River regions. The lack of resistant varieties has made chemical control the key measure. Current fungicides mainly include outdated types such as carbendazim, and there is an urgent need for new and efficient fungicides. To this end, this study evaluated the efficacy of 18% tebuconazole + thiocarbamid SC in controlling wheat fusarium head blight and its yield-increasing effect. The results showed that 18% tebuconazole + thiocarbamid SC was safe for wheat growth, with a disease control effect of 91.01% to 93.26%, and a yield increase rate of 9.78% to 11.02%. Among them, the combination with 12.5% penthiopyrad EW showed the best effect. The recommended dosage is 25 mL/667m2 to 35 mL/667m2, and combining it with penthiopyrad can further improve the control effect. This study provides an efficient compound formulation for the control of wheat fusarium head blight, which is of great significance for delaying the development of pathogen resistance and ensuring the safe production of wheat.
