2024 Hubei Province Rice Pest and Disease Control Contribution Rate Report
Abstract：In 2024, the main rice-producing counties in Hubei Province carried out a trial on the contribution rate of plant protection in rice pest and weed control. By setting up strict integrated prevention areas, unified prevention and control areas, farmer self-prevention areas, selected prevention areas, and completely uncontrolled areas, multi-point field trials were conducted to measure yields, and the contribution rate of plant protection in rice pest and weed control in Hubei Province in 2024 was analyzed. The results showed that, under the condition that the occurrence degree of rice pests and diseases was lighter than usual years, the contribution rate of plant protection in rice pest and weed control in Hubei Province, which mainly cultivates mid-season rice, was 31.37%, among which the contribution rate of pest and disease control was 20.13%, and the contribution rate of weed control was 11.24%.
