Screening Test for Fungicides against Tobacco Stem Rot
Abstract:This experiment determined the efficacy of four fungicides, including 10% difenoconazole EC, 12.5% cyproconazole EC, 98% validamycin A technical grade, and 58% metalaxyl-manzan WP, against tobacco stem rot through antibacterial method, pot culture, and seedbed control tests. The results showed that 12.5% cyproconazole EC had good control effect on tobacco stem rot, with an indoor toxicity test EC50 of 7.3 μg/mL, a relative control efficiency of 93.3% in pot culture, and a seedbed control efficiency of 78.7%, indicating its good application value in tobacco production.
