Current Status and Improvement Strategies of Digital Literacy of Rural Information Technology Teachers under the Perspective of Rural Revitalization
Abstract:Against the backdrop of the comprehensive advancement of the rural revitalization strategy, rural educational modernization has become an important support for achieving the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. Information technology education, as a key approach to cultivating digital talents in rural areas, highly depends on the level of teachers' digital literacy. Currently, rural information technology teachers exhibit an unbalanced structure of skills. This paper analyzes the limiting factors affecting the improvement of digital literacy among rural information technology teachers, and constructs improvement strategies from three levels: macro-level coordination, schools, and teachers. The aim is to provide theoretical basis and practical pathways for enhancing the digital literacy of rural information technology teachers, thereby supporting the digital transformation of rural education and the cultivation of high-quality talents under the perspective of rural revitalization.
