Problems and Countermeasures Analysis of Water Governance in Agricultural Modernization in Wuhan
Abstract:As a core city in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, Wuhan has a dense water network and rivers converging, providing superior natural conditions for the development of agricultural modernization. However, the current water governance in Wuhan's agricultural modernization still faces three major problems: natural endowment limitations of uneven water distribution, insufficient application of farmland irrigation and water-saving technologies, and poor coordination among multiple stakeholders in institutional systems. To explore solutions to water governance in Wuhan's agricultural modernization, it is necessary to base on Wuhan's natural endowment of 'interwoven rivers and lakes', take systematic, precise, and coordinated governance as the core, and build a three-dimensional governance system that integrates natural adaptation, technological empowerment, and institutional support.
