Case Study on the Full Life Cycle Management of Agricultural Equipment Based on Mechanical Maintenance Technology
Abstract:To enhance the management effectiveness and maintenance level of agricultural equipment, this study focuses on the practical application of full life cycle management of agricultural equipment based on mechanical maintenance technology. Taking the bucket wheel excavator full life cycle integrated management system as a case reference, it analyzes the current problems: insufficient maintenance compatibility in the design phase, lack of full-cycle cost evaluation during the procurement stage, backward maintenance methods during the usage process, and an imperfect full-cycle data management system. The proposed improvement measures include building an integrated data system across stages, planning a feedback mechanism for full-stage data collection, developing maintenance decision support components, and constructing a cross-platform management framework. It emphasizes core technologies such as comprehensive status monitoring, time series data modeling prediction, and virtual-real mapping maintenance simulation. By using sensor deployment, data modeling, and virtual simulation, it achieves efficient control and precise maintenance of the equipment throughout its entire life cycle.
