Analysis of the Characteristics of Meteorological Element Changes and Their Impact on Wheat Growth and Yield
Abstract:To explore the impact of meteorological element changes on wheat growth and yield, Yecheng County was taken as the research object. Data on average temperature, precipitation, sunshine duration, and wheat growth stages and yield per mu from 2001 to 2024 were collected. The linear tendency estimation method and correlation analysis were used to analyze the impact of meteorological elements on wheat production and yield. The results showed that from 2001 to 2024, the annual and seasonal average temperatures in Yecheng County showed different degrees of rising trends; the annual precipitation showed an extremely insignificant downward trend, with the spring, autumn, and winter seasons showing a downward trend mainly; the annual sunshine duration showed an extremely insignificant increasing trend, with the spring, summer, and winter seasons showing an increasing trend mainly; the meteorological elements have a significant impact on wheat production and yield in Yecheng County, which requires high attention from relevant departments.
