Impact of Drought Disasters on Agricultural Production in Shiquan County and Artificial Rain Enhancement Measures
Abstract：Taking Shiquan County, Guizhou Province as the research object, this study focuses on the issue of drought in Shiquan County. The aim is to systematically analyze the impact of drought on agricultural production in Shiquan County and explore the role of artificial rain enhancement measures in alleviating drought conditions. This study combines field research, meteorological data analysis, and evaluation of artificial rain enhancement technology to analyze the effects of drought on crop growth, crop yield, and farmland soil quality; based on the principles of artificial rain enhancement and case evaluation in Shiquan County. The results show that drought has hindered crop growth, reduced yields, and exacerbated soil degradation. Artificial rain enhancement can increase rainfall and effectively alleviate drought conditions. It is concluded that artificial rain enhancement is an important method for reducing the losses caused by drought. In the future, it is necessary to continuously strengthen technological research and development, enhance safety management, optimize resource allocation, and improve the assessment system for operation effectiveness, providing scientific basis for sustainable agricultural development.
