Design of a Grain Warehouse Sampling Robot
Abstract:In the field of grain storage, traditional manual sampling methods suffer from low efficiency, high labor intensity, and insufficient representativeness of samples, which restrict the accuracy of grain quality testing and the development of intelligent grain storage. To address these issues, this paper proposes a new design for an intelligent grain warehouse sampling robot. By investigating existing technologies and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of current sampling equipment, an innovative sampling device based on spiral drilling and a adjustable layered positioning structure is designed to achieve accurate sampling at different depths of the grain pile, avoiding interference from surface samples in the test results. At the same time, a suitable communication module is designed to enable remote control, reducing labor intensity and costs. Additionally, a sensor detection system is used to provide real-time feedback on the system's operation, improving controllability and operational safety. Simulation experiments were conducted to model and verify the sampling device structure, track chassis, and control circuitry. The results show that the system design is effective and reasonable. This research provides important technical support for the development of intelligent grain storage and has broad application prospects and promotional value.
