Research on Multi-robot Collaborative Control Method for Tobacco Curing Track Conveying System in Agricultural Scenarios
Abstract:To address issues such as chaotic scheduling, poor information exchange, and frequent conflicts in multi-robot collaborative operations of the tobacco curing track conveying system in agricultural scenarios, this study investigates the multi-robot collaborative control method for the tobacco curing track conveying system. Through analysis of system functional requirements, a general architecture was designed; task scheduling was realized by adopting strategies such as priority-based task allocation and multi-dimensional path planning. A hybrid communication network was constructed, and standardized protocols were established to ensure communication interaction. Mechanisms for multi-dimensional conflict detection were established to resolve conflict issues. Test results show that the number of tasks completed per unit time has increased, task completion rate has improved, conflicts have decreased, and load balancing has been enhanced. The proposed multi-robot collaborative control method significantly improves the operational efficiency and stability of the system, and has significant implications for the intelligent development of the tobacco industry.
