Design and Implementation of a New Type of Corn Thresher Container
Abstract：Currently, large-scale threshers have high threshing efficiency, but they are expensive, making them unaffordable for individual families. Additionally, their large footprint makes them unsuitable for household use. Traditional threshers, on the other hand, have low efficiency and produce a lot of dust, which seriously threatens the health of users. Through in-depth research and targeted improvements to existing threshers, a new type of corn thresher has been successfully designed. This modular corn thresher mainly consists of components such as the feeding hopper, spike-tooth threshing roller shaft, grating-type concave plate, and frame. It can be modularly assembled and disassembled, offering significant advantages such as compact size, easy mobility, simple operation, and high threshing efficiency. At the same time, it effectively solves the problems of high cost and bulkiness of large threshers.
