The Practice of the Rural Collective 'Three Assets and Three Resources' Informatization Supervision Platform in Xiangyang to Empower Rural Revitalization
Abstract：Informatization construction of rural collective economy is one of the key paths to promote rural economic development. Through field research, data analysis, and document retrieval, this paper sorts out and analyzes the construction situation of the 'three assets and three resources' informatization supervision platform in Xiangyang City since 2024. Xiangyang has explored a four-dimensional path of standardized management, departmental integration, three-level supervision, and resource activation, providing a replicable model for the informatization of rural collective economy in the central region. At the same time, facing the era's challenges in the construction of the informatization supervision platform, it is necessary to further strengthen top-level design, improve infrastructure, optimize data analysis, and strengthen safety supervision to safeguard the development of the new rural economy.
