Research on the Resilience Mechanism of Rural Community Risks from the Perspective of Integrated Governance
Abstract:With the arrival of the risk society and the 'VUCA era', rural communities are facing multi-dimensional risk challenges, making the integrated governance of resilience mechanisms increasingly important. Based on the construction of an analytical framework and practical scanning, it is found that under the perspective of integrated governance, rural community risk resilience mechanisms face multidimensional dilemmas in institutional resilience, process resilience, subject resilience, capacity resilience, spatial resilience, and cultural resilience. To address this, six-dimensional strategies can be implemented to achieve overall resilience governance of rural community risks in China: improving governance structures and strengthening institutional resilience, enhancing risk awareness and improving process resilience, cultivating social capital and enhancing subject resilience, strengthening resource mobilization and improving capacity resilience, optimizing spatial planning and enhancing spatial resilience, and promoting cultural innovation and enhancing cultural resilience.
