Research on the Optimization Path of Small Water Conservancy Projects in High-standard Farmland Construction
Abstract：Taking the small water conservancy projects in the high-standard farmland project of the Hui-Shi-Hang Irrigation Area in Lu'an City, Anhui Province as an example, this paper combines the pilot project of deepening the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price and promoting the construction of modern irrigation areas in the Hui-Shi-Hang Irrigation Area (Jin'an District) - Heshan Area. Through field research and observation, based on the analysis and study, it discusses several issues that should be paid attention to in the small water conservancy projects of the high-standard farmland project in the Hui-Shi-Hang Irrigation Area. It proposes to take problems as the orientation, use technology as a means, integrate new era concepts, build a smart irrigation area, and establish three systems: a water source and channel system, an intelligent water-saving system, and an ecological and engineering management system, so as to better play the engineering design benefits.
