Dual-Path Diversion Chicken Breast Deboning Technology and Equipment Research
Abstract:The main process steps for chicken breast deboning are as follows: removal of the breast skin, removal of the clavicle bone, picking of the large breast meat, picking of the small breast meat, and cutting of the back meat from the breast frame. The design and testing of 20 modules including the half-breast fixing and clamping module, carrier locking module, side skin pre-cutting module, side skin removal module, breast skin removal module, clavicle bone removal module, large breast pre-cutting module, large breast tendon lifting module, large breast cutting module, large breast separation module, small breast tendon cutting module, meat strip collection module, small breast separation module, scrap metal scraper module, soft cartilage separation module, frame unloading module, and raw material conveying module, as well as the electrical control system, have been carried out. This achieves automated processing with one feeding point, dual-path diversion work, and precise cutting and separation of chicken breast meat and frame. The processing capacity of the breast cover (half-breast) is 7000 per hour, and the qualification rate of chicken breast cutting is over 90%.
