Key Technologies, Quality Control, and Effect Analysis of Seepage Prevention Construction in Irrigation Channels of Farmland Water Conservancy Projects
Abstract:In order to study the seepage prevention construction technology of irrigation channels in farmland water conservancy projects in Tongwei County, Gansu Province, this study conducted an innovative application research on the composite seepage prevention technology of soil material-asphalt and high-pressure jet grouting technology by combining local engineering practices. In-depth analysis was carried out on aspects such as material optimization and mix design, construction process innovation, equipment selection, and parameter optimization. The research results show that the innovative technology reduced the seepage volume of the channel by 74.6%, improved the water resource utilization rate to 68%, and significantly extended the durability of the project. The conclusion indicates that the 'material optimization-process innovation-intelligent monitoring' quality control system has achieved a unified technical advancement and economic rationality, providing a scalable technical solution and quality control model for arid and semi-arid regions.
