Statistical Analysis of Precipitation Weather in Chifeng City and Its Impact on Wheat Production
Abstract：This study uses the linear trend method to statistically analyze the precipitation weather in Chifeng City from 1991 to 2023, and analyzes the impact of precipitation weather on wheat production. The results show that the total precipitation and the number of days with heavy rain in Chifeng City have shown a decreasing trend, while the number of precipitation days has shown an increasing trend. The days with heavy rain mainly occur from May to August. Precipitation weather provides sufficient water resources for wheat production, but in summer, extreme precipitation weather often occurs, affecting wheat harvests. In response to extreme precipitation weather, the Chifeng Meteorological Bureau should strengthen monitoring of heavy rain weather and provide meteorological services for wheat production to ensure stable and high yields of wheat.
