Analysis of Oilseed Rape Mechanical Harvesting Loss Reduction Methods and Equipment Selection in Qian Dongnan
Abstract：In the Qian Dongnan region, the problem of loss during mechanical harvesting of oilseed rape is relatively prominent. Focusing on this issue, this study comprehensively analyzes various factors affecting mechanical harvesting losses, including the characteristics of oilseed rape varieties, the selection of harvesting time, the performance of machinery, and the technical skills of agricultural machinery operators. Based on the actual features of the widely used Jibu Tian CX100 and Jibu Tian 688 harvesters in the local area, a series of highly targeted loss reduction technical solutions and equipment optimization strategies were developed. The research found that measures such as selecting oilseed rape varieties suitable for mechanical harvesting, accurately grasping the harvesting time, scientifically adjusting machine parameters, and standardizing agricultural machinery operation procedures can effectively reduce the mechanical harvesting loss rate. The research results provide practical theoretical guidance and technical references for improving the overall level of mechanical harvesting of oilseed rape in the Qian Dongnan region.
