Design and Implementation of a Smart Cold Chain Full-Process Logistics System Based on Internet of Things
Abstract:Cold chain logistics plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of fresh food products. Traditional cold chain logistics models suffer from issues such as information opacity, inaccurate temperature monitoring, and low transportation efficiency. To address these problems, this paper proposes a smart cold chain full-process logistics system based on the Internet of Things. The system uses sensors to collect key data such as temperature, humidity, and odor inside the cold chain vehicle in real time, and automatically adjusts the refrigeration equipment according to preset thresholds. GPS technology is used to track the vehicle's location in real time, and RFID modules are employed for precise management of item entry and exit. All collected data is efficiently processed and stored by the STM32 microcontroller, and displayed in real time on an OLED liquid crystal display. The system also supports remote control and scheduling functions through a mobile phone app. When applied in actual production, this system can effectively solve many drawbacks of traditional cold chain logistics, and improve the level of intelligence and refinement in cold chain logistics management.
