Empirical Study on the Innovation of Rural Digital Governance Path in Y District, Chongqing
Abstract：The grassroots governance is the key support for social governance and an important cornerstone of national governance. With the development of networking, informatization, and digitalization, the improvement of citizens' information skills urgently requires the use of digital means to enhance rural governance capabilities. Based on this, starting from the current situation of rural digital governance in Y District, Chongqing, this study clarifies the difficulties faced by the digital transformation of grassroots governance, draws on the successful experience of the 'Rural Manager' grassroots digital grid social management model, and puts forward practical and targeted countermeasures such as establishing a demand-oriented approach, optimizing the operational system, and strengthening system application, in order to improve the level of grassroots governance and promote high-quality rural revitalization.
