Research on the Problems and Countermeasures for Promoting the Development of Rural Collective Economy in the Context of Rural Industry Integration
Abstract：Through field research on the rural collective economy in Changan City, it was found that there are problems such as weak economic awareness, weak development foundation, insufficient self-renewal function, and serious talent loss. In response, combining the actual characteristics and weak links of the development of rural collective economy in Changan City, targeted suggestions are put forward from five aspects to strengthen the development of rural collective economy: deepening property rights reform and strengthening economic awareness; strengthening infrastructure construction and innovating development models; innovating business entities and enhancing self-renewal functions; strengthening the construction of village cadre teams and talents; and strengthening the supervision of power over village cadres, providing intellectual support for the high-quality development of rural collective economy in Changan City.
