Empirical Analysis of the Coupling Coordination between Agricultural Technology Innovation and Rural Industrial Revitalization
Abstract:To reveal the synergistic mechanism and regional differences between agricultural technology innovation and rural industrial revitalization, this study constructs a multidimensional evaluation index system covering technological innovation, management innovation, and institutional innovation based on system synergy theory. It uses the coupling coordination degree model to analyze provincial panel data across the country, and conducts an empirical analysis from the dimensions of element synergy, industrial demand, and regional differences. The results show that the level of synergy between agricultural technology innovation and rural industrial revitalization has significantly improved, but regional development imbalance remains prominent. The eastern region achieves high-quality coordination through factor agglomeration and industrial chain synergy, while the western region is trapped in a low-level equilibrium due to insufficient technological supply and weak industrial foundations. A gradient synergy mechanism needs to be established, and differentiated policy design should be adopted to strengthen the technology spillover effect and factor mobility, promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas.
